electronically map - controlled engine control

The fully electronic map-controlled control units of dbTronic 4000 and 4500 model lines from dbilas dynamic are microcontroller-
based and serve for an engine speed- and load-dependent control of the ignition timing and the fuel injection of combustion engines.
With help of these control units is an optimal adjustment of the ignition timing and the fuel injection in all speed- and load points but also in every suction- and coolant temperature possible.
These systems possess over all program maps which are needed to adjust the engine on the request of the everyday suitable and exhaust gas emission.
So it gives a part of the normal program maps for the firing point and the fuel injection also program maps for start the engine, warming-up, the acceleration, the deceleration and all other states.
The load condition will find out with an absolute-pressure sensor and/or the throttle-valve position. It will be match naturally- aspirated engines with one or more throttle-valves. It is also possible to fit these engine control units to turbo charged engines.
Ideal to convert engines with double carburetors to individual throttle injection.
